IMH provides resources and information to help people make choices about their lives and mental health, and helps professional carers supporting them to do so more imaginatively and effectively.

They have a reference library and maintain a database of organisations and resources. They are responsible for producing the Leeds Mental Health Directory.

This service is open for use by anyone active in mental health, for example people active in user/services groups, volunteers, staff and professionals.
