Green for Go involves activities such as caring for allotments, growing food, making planters, or taking part in community tidy ups and conservation tasks. Dimensions now show autism friendly screenings of films once a month. The films are shown at 90 Odeons around the country. Leeds/Bradford Odeon is one of the selected cinemas.
Inspire Me have exciting new opportunities on offer, including accredited City and Guilds courses in Employability and Personal Development, community learning and a Young Ambassador scheme. Client group includes 14-25 year olds with learning disabilities.
Open to young people with learning disability, disability or looked after. projects will include managing woodlands, cutting down trees, ponds, streamís, fishing, meadows, recycling mountain bikes, animal husbandry, incubating eggs, organic growing, field trips, walling, fencing, building a bird box, footpath work and bonfires.
We provide support for children and families with a disability or special need. We organise, run activities and days out for families. We also run a weekly support group and play sessions.
