Public Health Resource Centre – Leeds City Council

The Public Health Resource Centre (PHRC) offers support to anyone in Leeds with a responsibility or professional interest in public health or promoting health and wellbeing.

We welcome users from a wide range of disciplines, including health, education, the local authority, social services, emergency services, prisons, and the voluntary, community and private sectors. However, we are not open to the general public.

The PHRC aims to provide the best possible information, resource and services, to help improve the health of people in Leeds and beyond.

Local transport information
The following bus services operate from Leeds City Centre to Harrogate Road. Please check with West Yorkshire Metro before starting your journey.

Bus services to Technorth
2, 3, 3A, 36, 48, 91, 91A

You will need to get off the bus just after the junction of Harrogate Road with Potternewton Lane.

Parking
Please note that on-site parking is limited; There is plenty of on-street parking on Harrogate Road. Please take care not to park on the pavement if parking on Potternewton Lane.

Access
Level access from street. Lifts to reach other floors are available. If the reception is unmanned, please dial 132 at the entry system for access.
