BTCV offers practical conservation projects and is open to all individuals on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and alternate Sundays. Projects include treeplanting, footpath repair and creation of nature gardens. Volunteers are welcome to attend on a flexible or regular basis or for formal work experience. They also have on-site opportunities e. g. horticulture, workshops and administration. Training courses in conservation and related topics are available as well as the opportunity to participate in healthy walking programmes in West and North West Leeds.
