Looking after and caring for someone else can be a very difficult and caring for others may need some time to look at their own needs, quite separate from everything else.

If you are a carer, you can ask for a separate assessment to look at any support you may need to continue your caring role.

Contact your local Social Services Office see Leeds Social Services.
