A free phone service for anyone who feels distressed or lonely. The helpline can also offer information on services and resources. Connect is a Leeds survivor-led service that is staffed by volunteers who are trained and supervised.

A language line 'Interpretation Service' is also available.

Open from 6pm - 10pm, seven evenings a week.
