The Disability Service Team is a specialised team within the Employment Service for people with a disability. A Disability Employment Adviser (DEA) from this team is based in each Jobcentre and will advise on all aspects of funding and employment, suitable jobs, occupational assessments, useful equipment, work preparation, training and Workstep.
