Home > Directory Contents > Children > Educational Psychologists

Educational Psychologists have a statutory role in the identification and assessment of children with special educational needs.

They offer advice and support for children through regular contact with schools, and liaise with other agencies to help ensure that all children have the best opportunity to develop and learn.

All schools have a named educational psychologist. Referral of school-aged children is through their school.
