The trust aims to bring enjoyment and pleasure to children with special needs and disabilities, by teaching them to ride. Riding skills are taught by qualified instructors. Children are usually brought to the centre by their school. However, once a month on a Saturday, or during school holidays, they can attend with their families.

Children over 8 stone in weight and too heavy to ride are taught to drive a small cart.
