This department looks at ways to improve access to hospital services for all, regardless of race, ethnic origin, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age or religious belief.

They facilitate advisory groups for people with learning difficulties, people who are blind or partially sighted, and people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

They meet quarterly to bring forward issues and suggestions for improvements.
