HFT offers a range of services in the Rothwell, Garforth and Whinmoor area. They are developing a drop-in day service as well as providing a range of activities co-ordinated from the services in Whinmoor.

Activities will be agreed by individuals and could include arts and crafts, pottery, and aromatherapy. There is a determination to access services in the community, for example horse riding, nature conservation work and walking groups.

They also help people access colleges and employment, and provide any necessary support.
