The Independent Living Fund (I.L.F.) is money available for people with a disability to get the support they need to live independently. It is money that you can use to employ people to support you:
The funding is extra to the support you receive from Social Services. There are rules about who is able to get it.
Zoe Thomas is the I.L.F Officer at Leeds Social Services. She can give you more information about the Independent Living Fund and whether it can help you.
