Leeds Wheelchair Centre loans out wheelchairs and pushchairs for anyone over 30 months of age. This service is available for people who have a Leeds GP, a long-term mobility problem or are classified as unable to, or virtually unable to, walk indoors or outdoors

It must also be required for longer than 12 weeks.

Referral is through a GP, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist.
