Welcome and Introductions (10 minutes)

Draft Statement of Values and Principles (Paper 1) – Ray Wilk (30 minutes)
The Board is asked to consider the Draft Statement and subject to any amendments, approve the statement as a way of working.

Item 3
Leeds Learning Disability Strategy (Paper 2 to be tabled) – Dave Rosser (1 hour 30 minutes)

• The Board will receive a presentation based on the tabled Strategic Document.

Action: To agree the Boards response to the Strategy

Item 4
Tea and coffee break (20 minutes)

Item 5
Independent Living Project – Andy Rawnsley and Les France (30 minutes)
The Board will receive a presentation and update on the progress of this Project which is a major element of the Learning Disability Strategy.

1pm to 2pm – Buffet lunch
