Every adult with learning disabilities should be included on the Electoral Register so that they can vote. When the time comes to vote, they might need some help at the Polling Station. The Representation of the People Act 2000 requires polling stations to:

A disabled person can take an assistant with them to help them vote. You can get more information from the Electoral Registration Officer.
