Leeds Mental Health Drop-in

Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, along with Touchstone, are offering extra support to those living with mental ill health.

Every Friday afternoon from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, people can visit us in a safe space at the Civic Hall where they can get one-on-one advice from mental health professionals.

At the sessions you can find out more about mental health services, receive advice on how to manage your condition, talk to someone about how you’re feeling and get practical support with tasks like arranging hospital appointments or completing forms.

If you’d like to attend the Mental Health Drop-in, there is no need to book, just turn up. It takes place every Friday in room 5 at the Civic Hall in Leeds.

For more information, please call 0113 855 0600 to speak to a Creative Practitioner from the South South East Community Mental Health Team.

Please note, the drop-in sessions are not for those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or those who are in a mental health crisis.
