Accessible train travel survey

Research Institute for Disabled Consumers (RiDC) are asking for disabled people’s experiences both good and bad of travelling by rail.

The survey is carried out for Arriva Trains, but it’s open to all disabled people – wherever you live, whatever rail company you’ve travelled with, and whether or not you actually use trains to get around.

The aim of the survey is to find out what stops people from using trains (including the London Overground) as well as what works well for disabled people.
