Accessible travel to Leeds Pride

Leeds Pride Accessible travel

Leeds City Council is providing two accessible buses for Leeds Pride.

One access bus will leave just before the Parade and take people directly to the Lower Briggate event space.

For those who want to ride the Parade, there will be a second access bus that will join the Parade and do the whole route.

To book your place please email with your name, contact details, which access bus you would like to join and any special requirements you will need on the day.

Leeds Pride Accessible Viewing Platform

Millennium Square has accessible toilet facilities on site including a High Dependency Unit and Changing Places facility.

There will be stewards and security guards who will be able to assist you in pointing out the toilets, and also escorting you through the crowd should you require any assistance.

The area has an accessible viewing platform in front of the Civic Hall steps. The Portland Crescent entrance is the nearest gate to the viewing platform but please note that this road to vehicles not in the Leeds Pride Parade.

Calverley Street opposite the Leeds General Infirmary is the nearest dropping off site and is also near to the viewing platform.
