The Ice Cube skating rink will be returning to Millennium Square on Friday 1st February until Friday 24th February 2019.

Again this year, it will feature an undercover ice rink allowing visitors to enjoy an outdoor skating experience whatever the weather.

In addition to the open air ice rink, the Ice cube will provide a line-up of family friendly attractions including,

  • Air Maxx.
  • The Ice Jet.
  • The Ice Slide.

Accessible Skating

Wheelchair users can access the rink in their own wheelchairs, and should be accompanied on ice by a responsible skater. Disabled users can book for any session although if a quieter session may be more appropriate (where more space is available), then please note these run at the following times:

Saturday, Sunday and during Leeds School half term holiday (18-22 February) 11:00AM ➡ 11.45AM

Monday - Friday outside of Leeds School half term holiday (18-22 February) 12:00PM ➡ 12:45PM, 1:00PM ➡ 1.45PM and 3:00 ➡ 3:45PM

A dedicated accessible skating session is held every Thursday from 10:00AM ➡ 10.45AM

For those persons that require a personal assistant or companion, an extra ticket at no additional cost is available through the council’s Essential Companion Scheme.

We recommend that you buy tickets for the dedicated accessible skating sessions in advance to avoid disappointment.

Ice skating prices for a 45 minute session includes skate hire.
