Gardening for Relaxation

Learn how to bring your stress levels down and get your energy levels back up with a free six-week course at Cross Green Community Allotment site.


We'll be doing some gentle gardening and learning about relaxation techniques and mindfulness. You will learn how to concentrate on the present rather than worrying about the future. The course will teach you ways that you can deal with stress, get better sleep and generally be more chilled out

Starting on June the 8th
Wednesday 1pm - 3pm

The course is run by Hyde Park Source
