Travel assistance cards
Travel assistance cards
Travel assistance cards help you let drivers and other transport staff know if you need extra assistance when travelling.
You can use a travel assistance card to let a bus driver know about any reasonable adjustments you need them to make.
Travel assistance cards can be helpful for people with hidden disabilities, such as visual impairments or learning disabilities and for people who are afraid of falling.
What you need to do,
- Download the sheet of cards below and print off. Cut out the sheet and keep it with your bus ticket or concessionary travel pass.
- Or take a digital photo and keep it on your mobile device. When you get on a bus or train, hold the card up to let the driver, conductor or station staff know what help you need.
