What we do

Through the Maze is an information service for adults with learning disabilities, their families, carers, support staff and other and professionals.

We can help you find out about events, activities and groups being run for people with learning disabilities.

We can also signpost you to information and services which are for people with learning disabilities.

If you’d like to speak to someone face to face we can arrange this.

We can see people in our office in Beeston, or arrange another place.

And we can arrange video calls if that is better for you.

The Through the Maze website is an online service for people to access information relating to events, activities and groups being run for people with learning disabilities.

The website also has section that lists all the helpful services that are available to adults with learning disabilities in Leeds.

The Through the Maze newsletter is sent out every 3 months by post and email.

It contains news and information about events and activities that may be of interest to adults with learning disabilities.

We send out a weekly message on WhatsApp.

The messages have details of things like events, training, and useful information.

The Through the Maze team includes the Pass it on People.

This is a group of adults with learning disabilities who meet every two weeks.

They share information with each other about what’s happening in Leeds for adults with learning disabilities.
