Positive Futures Employment Services

Positive Futures are a social enterprise supporting companies to have adults with learning disabilities as employees. They do this through in-work supporting and coaching.

• Breaking down tasks to help the person learn the role
• Working with the person to transition into the role
• Support to integrate into the work environment
• Working with the employer to support this process

Usually this is funded through Access To Work.

Positive Futures do not support people to find work.
