Transgender EasyRead guide

Choice Support, CMG and CHANGE launched a new Transgender EasyRead guide.

The information in the guide came from people with disabilities and explains the ideas of sex and gender, being transgender and signposting to organisations that can help people transitioning.

People from the transgender community were also involved in the talks and they have contributed to the review of the guide before it was printed.
