Carers Leeds – Death Cafe
Carers Leeds invite all carers to a Death Cafe, as part of National Grief Awareness Week.
At a Death Cafe people, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss death. This is ‘to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives’.
A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion on death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counselling session. See the attached leaflet for more information.
Cares Leeds will provide cake and refreshments to all attendees.
