People in Action are running a free training course for family members and professionals who work with learning disabled and autistic people.
The course will give people the tools to support the people they work with/care for live a more healthy lifestyle.
The course will talk about supporting people to eat a healthy diet, keep physically active and look after their mental wellbeing.
