People’s Parliament elected representatives – a session about applying for this voluntary role
Each year the People's Parliament votes for people to have a volunteer role called Elected Representatives. These volunteers take the views of People’s Parliament members to the Leeds Learning Disability Partnership Board meetings.
This year's election will be held at September’s People’s Parliament on Tuesday 30 September. There is a preparation session on Thursday 18 September for people who are thinking of standing for the election.
This session will cover:

- How to present an election speech
- Managing nerves
