Future Horizons Leeds

Future Horizons Leeds is a specialist post-19 college and social care day provision for adults with complex learning and communication needs.

They provide specialist education programmes for those who are continuing on their learning journey and have an EHCP in place. These college courses are offered for three years.

For those who have completed their education, there is still a lot of learning to do and that comes through teaching life skills, forming friendship groups and engaging in lots of social interaction. Placements into the adult social care provision are needs-led.
