There is an entrance porch. This leads to the good size sitting room with wood effect flooring and comfortable seating. There is also a TV with Freeview and a Blu Ray player.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob. A separate combined microwave/oven, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with fabulous views. A double bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with shower, WC and hand wash basin. The twin bedroom has two full size single beds, plus a smart en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin.

Outside there is a paved area with table and chairs where you can sit and look out over the valley with its beautiful views.

Gorgeous rolling countryside surrounds this holiday cottage. Grosmont is lovely with its local pub, cafes, art gallery and the famous steam railway with Whitby, and the coast, a ten minute drive.

The property has underfloor heating, which maintains excellent room temperatures.
