Lavandula Support – support for employment

Lavandula Support provides employment support for people who are disabled, neurodivergent or living with a long term health condition

• Support to apply for Access To Work grants. (This is a grant to pay for support and adjustments to make a job accessible.)
• Coaching and support in the workplace. (This is paid for with the Access To Work grant.)
• Support for your employer to work well with you.
