Feel Good Factor (FGF) have been supporting people for over 15 years to improve their health and wellbeing. They are based in Chapeltown. They run activities, projects and services to improve access to health opportunities.
Feel Good Factor put a monthly timetable on their website. This shows you the different things they are running - which could be anything from coffee mornings and arts groups to cycling and swimming.
