Everything you need to know about your Care and Treatment Review (CTR)

Care and Treatment Review is often called a CTR. A CTR Is a way of making sure you get the right care for you.

CTRs are for people with learning disabilities autism or both who are in hospital because of a mental health problem. Or because their behaviour is seen as challenging to services.

It is also for people living in the community who might need to go into a learning disability or mental health hospital.
