Have your say on poor treatment in health and care settings
Have your say on poor treatment in health and care settings
A report on Friday 1st November said that autistic people, people with learning disabilities and mental health difficulties were being treated badly in places like mental health hospitals.
The Restraint, Seclusion and Segregation (RSS) Project, led by Advonet and CHANGE, wants you to have your say on this.
To help with that, they have two questionnaires that they would like you to fill in.
One is for people who have had Restraint, Seclusion and Segregation themselves. The other is for parents and carers of people who have had Restraint, Seclusion and Segregation.
You can share your experience anonymously about what happened to you and what you think should be better.
The questionnaire for people with experience of Restraint, Seclusion and Segregation can be seen by clicking the link below,

There are 6 weeks left for you to have your say. Anything you do share will be handed to people who can make changes. All stories will be confidential.
No information that says who you are will go in the report or be seen by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
