CHANGE made an EasyRead document as part of their work with the Leeds LGBTQ+ Health Inclusion Project with Advonet and Yorkshire MESMAC

The aim ofe the LGBTQ+ EasyRead guide is to help LGBTQ+ people who are also autistic, have a learning disability or mental health difficulties be involved in the health services they use.
