Poo and You – A brief guide to constipation

Following the death of Richard Handley which was caused by complications from constipation, Learning Distability England (LDE) members Dimensions have produced a short film called Poo and You.

Constipation can be dangerous if not managed effectively but not everyone is comfortable talking about their bowel movements - the video below provides a brief guide to constipation and how to avoid it.
